АвтоВАЗ в тестовом режиме начал производить кузова для Lada Granta абсолютно нового поколения, сообщил паблик Avtograd News в соцсети VK.com со ссылкой на свои источники на автогиганте. Эта машина будет опираться на платформу Renault-Nissan CMF-B и по несущему каркасу кузова станет полностью унифицированной с Renault Logan третьего поколения, который пока неизвестен в России.

Окраска кузовов ведется в комплексе СКП Kalina (там производят нынешнюю Гранту). Сейчас в тестовом режиме прогоняют только кузова седан, но у Гранты следующей генерации будет и вариант универсал. После окраски кузова перевозят в НТЦ АвтоВАЗа, где их собирают в готовые рабочие прототипы автомобилей. В процессе сборки участвуют и рабочие с линии СКП Kalina — их обучают сборке перспективных авто.

Вот что еще пишет Avtograd News: «В корпусе 01/24 в условиях повышенной секретности идет установка линии сварки кузова для новой модели. […] В производстве пластмассовых изделий идет процесс литья и окраски пластиковых деталей. Вся технологическая цепочка идет по обходным технологиям, что является обычным делом при запуске в производство новых моделей».

Производство товарных образцов новой Гранты стартует в 2023 году. Гранта нынешнего образца не сразу уйдет в историю — сначала ее сборку перенесут из СКП Kalina на третью нитку главного конвейера (там делают Нивы). На третьей нитке нынешняя Гранта до 2026 года будет доживать свой производственный век.

Nissan Motor в конце 2022-го удалит из своей продуктовой гаммы в Северной Америке компактный кроссовер Rogue Sport, который является аналогом глобального Qashqai предыдущего поколения J11, выпускаемого с 2013 года.

Как пишет Automotive News со ссылкой на источники в компании, замены Rogue Sport не будет — дилеров уже уведомили о том, что в декабре готовится снятие кроссовера с производства.

В США и Канаду Rogue Sport продают с 2017-го, его поставляют с завода Nissan в Фукуоке (Япония). Уточняется, что производство запчастей для J11 сохранят до 2033 года.

В Nissan считают, что замена Кашкаю в Северной Америке не нужна, поскольку на этом континенте его аудиторию можно разделить между Rogue (X-Trail) и субкомпактным Kicks.

В руководстве японской компании сделали вывод, что продвижение Кашкая в Северной Америке оказалось неудачным опытом — на этом рынке модель отвлекала ресурсы и при этом почти не приносила прибыли.

В Евросоюзе Qashqai J11 не продают с 2021 года, поскольку там его заменили на модель совершенно нового поколения J12 — она чуть крупнее по размерам и оснащается высокоэффективными бензиновыми турбомоторами 1.3 и 1.5, а также установкой типа «последовательный гибрид».

Для российского рынка J11 производили по полному циклу со сваркой и окраской кузовов на заводе Nissan в Санкт-Петербурге, с марта 2022 года предприятие находится в простое в связи с санкциями и нарушением логистических цепочек.
